1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an investor account with Gold Mining Invest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure statement.
2. Nature of the Platform
Gold Mining Invest operates a gold mining, gold trading, and gold sales business with operations connected to Dubai's gold trade network. This platform allows partners and investors to participate through structured investment packages, subject to manual verification and company approval.
3. Investment Submission and Approval
All investments require the investor to send payment manually to the company payment details displayed on the platform and to upload proof of payment. No investment becomes active until manually verified and approved by an administrator. The company reserves the right to reject any submission that cannot be verified.
4. Daily Weekday Returns
Daily weekday returns are calculated Monday through Friday only and are subject to company approval and operational performance. No returns are calculated or reflected on Saturday or Sunday.
5. Referral Commission
Referral commission is generated only after an administrator approves a referred investor's direct investment, using the referral commission rate assigned to that investment's package at the time of approval. Commission is not generated for pending or rejected investments, and self-referral is not permitted.
6. Bonuses
Activation bonuses and Sunday bonuses, where applicable, are granted entirely at the company's discretion during the manual approval process and are not guaranteed for any investment.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and investment submission.
8. Suspension
The company reserves the right to suspend any account found to be in violation of these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to These Terms
The company may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
